Our MISSION is to “Build Strong, Confident and Ambitious Women”!
To achieve our mission we provide programs and services to underserved underrepresented minority girls, teens, young women focusing on ages 6 through 26, with other services that are designed to support every woman of color. Equipping, encouraging, & empowering them with the necessary education, knowledge, skills, tools & resources to aid in transforming their lives and provide economic self-sufficiency.
The PURPOSE of Alpha Female league Inc is to empower and support all females by creating a strong foundation and support system that provide tools and resources to help guide and build lifelong skills for success.
The PURPOSE of Alpha Female League Club is to foster and encourage higher academics and ethics and moral standards; and to promote unity and sisterhood among girls, young women and women of color; to build lifelong friendships and unity among females to help decrease the bullying and negativity we see amongst females in order to have a more positive interaction, and most of all to be of good service to all mankind.
Our main GOAL of Alpha Female League Inc is to empower and educate minority kids, youths, teens and young adults, however we do not exclude anyone of any other race to grow and develop leadership skills, recognize individual strengths, build personal self-worth, raise awareness, encourage education, practice abstinence, create unity and give back to the community.
The GOAL of Alpha Female League Club is to support the female students in both personal and academic growth by providing a safe space to plant, grow and gain support through sisterhood.
The VISION of Alpha Female League Inc and Club aims to increase sisterhood & positive interactions, self-love & respect, leadership skills, professionalism, and financial knowledge, creating a sense of belonging, confidence building, create community engagement, embrace personal identity and inspire the future.
As our organization grows, so does our vision. Within that growth, we envision helping to develop the personal growth by building leadership skills among minority girls and young women by partnering with other like-minded organizations to provide programs, outreach, resource and referral services.
To achieve our main vision, we provide uniquely designed programs to help create opportunities for individuals to grow, gain knowledge about themselves and their heritage.
